Delicacy is relatively new to Chipping Norton, but has quickly established itself as a top eatery serving locally wood-roasted coffees, artisan teas and rich hot chocolates, along with light lunches, cakes, snacks and cream teas.

It’s not only books on offer at Jaffe & Neale. Chippy’s centre of literature also boasts top coffee and mouth-watering cakes to help the words go down. Baked by Ceci in her Chadlington kitchen, everything from Victoria Sponge to gluten-free Clementine cake gets a gig.
How about house specialty, the 50-mile fruit cake? It fuelled co-owner Patrick Neale on an epic fundraising trek, so it will certainly help you walk Chippy’s beautiful streets and surrounding countryside.
The Old Mill Coffee House & Bistro
